Flame-retardant fabrics combine safety and style. We offer flame-retardant finishing via coating or lamination with a barrier interlining. Our upholstery fabrics meet strict standards such as BS 5852 (0+1), EN-1021 (1+2), and decorative fabrics meet the M1 (B1) standard, making them suitable not only for home use but also for commercial and public spaces. Other flame-retardant finishes are available upon request, such as Crib 5, depending on fabric quality.
Foam lamination is the process of bonding fabric with foam of varying thickness and mesh backing. We use thermal (flame) lamination on all types of fabrics and knitted textiles, using polyurethane foams. This process enhances durability, resilience, and comfort, and ensures excellent adaptability to various furniture shapes.
Our stain- and water-repellent finish creates a microscopic hydrophobic layer on the fabric surface, preventing liquid and dirt penetration. This preserves the fabric’s characteristics and functionality while making cleaning much easier. Our water repellency is verified by the Spray Test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4920:2012-12, and stain repellency (oleophobicity) by the Hydrocarbon Resistance Test according to ISO 14419:2010.
Transfer printing is a precise method of applying patterns to fabrics by thermally transferring dye from a special paper to the material. This technology allows for high-detail designs and a wide range of colors with excellent durability and abrasion resistance. We operate our own printing machines for both transfer paper and fabrics, ensuring full control over quality and fast order fulfillment. Custom designs can be created upon request.
