The designs we offer are designed by professional textile designers, have different styles and wonderful colors. Printed fabrics are a great way to create a piece of furniture that will attract attention in the interior.
Firstly the image is printed digitally onto a special type of heat transfer paper by way of industrial inkjet printer, then by heat and pressure its transferred by way of a thermopress onto the chosen polyester based fabric. This process results in a change of state from solid to gas and allows the print to penetrate into the microstructure of the fabric fibers. In effect, this means that the image pattern is not applied to the surface of the fabric, but permanently imprinted in it. With this method, vibrant and saturated colors can be easily achieved which are stable and hard wearing.
Sublimation printing technology significantly reduces the negative impact on the environment which is often associated with textile printing. Water is not wasted at any stage of the process. Neither during the production of heat transfer paper nor during transferring designs onto fabric in your own facility. No waste water, toxic waste or fumes are generated during the whole process. Compared to traditional printing methods this is infinitely kinder to our environment!
